Both agents were unhelpful, showed no patience, and were unwilling to assist me with basic questions about my policy. Even more upsetting, I was hung up on twice — which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I tried to remain calm and respectful during the calls, but instead of helping me, they made the situation more frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect — not ignored or dismissed. I will be reporting this experience to State Farm corporate as well as to the Illinois Department of Insurance. It’s either she doesn’t have patience or lacks the ability to handle whatever little stress she gets behind that desk of hers. It can also be personal, but either way, if it is, don’t bring it to work. Terrible service. I’m definitely going elsewhere. Too many insurance companies out there for me to have to deal with rudeness like that. It’s Trash!"
