"I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Monica and Janette at local State Farm office. Both agents were unhelpful, showed no patience, and were unwilling to assist me with basic questions about my policy. Even more upsetting, I was hung up on twice — which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

I tried to remain calm and respectful during the calls, but instead of helping me, they made the situation more frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect — not ignored or dismissed.
