Both agents were unhelpful, showed no patience, and were unwilling to assist me with basic questions about my policy. Even more upsetting, I was hung up on twice — which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I tried to remain calm and respectful during the calls, but instead of helping me, they made the situation more frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect — not ignored or dismissed.
